By accessing or using sitiolabs.in (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational and lead-capture purposes. You may not (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or use automated means to access the Site beyond standard search-engine indexing; (b) misuse contact, booking, or newsletter forms.

2. Engagements

The Site is not itself a binding offer of services. Engagements with Sitio Labs are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) executed between Sitio and the client.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including copy, design, photography, logos, and the Sitio Labs name — is © Sitio Labs unless otherwise stated. Case-study client logos remain the property of the respective clients.

4. Third-party services

The Site links to and embeds tools provided by Cal.com, Resend, Sanity, Vercel, Plausible, and Cloudflare. Their respective terms apply when you interact with their services.

5. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is”. Sitio Labs makes no warranties beyond those expressly stated in a signed engagement agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sitio Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
