Our app development process
Week 1 is product discovery — we sit with founders to define the three core flows, the data model, and the auth strategy. Week 2 is design — UI in Figma, motion direction, the typographic system. Weeks 3–5 are build — Zerocode generates native scaffolding from the design and spec; senior engineers complete payments, push notifications, deep linking, offline state, and the parts of the platform that AI code generation does not yet handle reliably. Week 6 is store submission and launch. Some engagements run longer for richer scope; the cadence stays the same.
What we do not do as an app development agency
We do not ship hybrid apps. No React Native, no Flutter, no Capacitor, no Cordova. Our position is that hybrid stacks save weeks at the start and cost months at the end — every founder who has shipped a hybrid app to scale has eventually paid for the rewrite. We also do not subcontract. Every engineer on your project sits inside Sitio Labs. The studio is intentionally small for that reason. If we cannot take your project at the cadence you need, we will tell you.

Do you do iOS only, Android only, or both?
Both, by default. Most engagements ship to both stores simultaneously. We can do single-platform if a founder is platform-specific (e.g., iOS-first launches in the US, Android-first in India), but we strongly recommend launching on both unless there is a reason not to.
How is your app development pricing structured?
Fixed-fee, scoped per project. From ₹8,00,000 for a focused MVP. We send a fixed quote after a 90-minute discovery call. The price changes only if the scope changes, in writing, with a new SOW.
How long does it take to build an app with your agency?
A typical Sprint engagement is 3–6 weeks for an MVP. A full Studio engagement (richer feature set, polished motion, complex integrations) is 6–10 weeks. We will tell you in discovery which shape matches your scope.
Can you handle backend, payments, and App Store submission?
Yes — all three are included in standard engagements. Backend on Next.js / Node.js / Postgres unless you have an existing stack. Payments via Razorpay, Stripe, or in-app purchases. App Store and Play Store submission with the certificates handed off in your name.
